A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Trade Price Sofas (Merthyr Tydfil) Limited (09553185) of Unit 1b, Coedcae Lane, Pontyclun, Wales, CF72 9DX, whose nature of business is retail of furniture, lighting, and similar (not musical instruments or scores) in specialised store, presented on Friday 22 July 2022 at 10:00 by HTL MANUFACTURING PTE LIMITED of 229 Mountbatten Road, 03-44/45 Mountbatten Square, Singapore, 398007 claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Court in Manchester, Manchester Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Tuesday 20 September 2022 at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
