1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily; and

2. That Victor Henry Ellaby and Peter Richard James Frost of Hazlewoods LLP, Staverton Court, Staverton, Gloucestershire, GL51 0UX be appointed Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.
