At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held remotely on Friday 11 October 2019, the following Resolution/s was/were duly passed:

1. (Special Resolution) "That the company be wound up voluntarily".

2. (Ordinary Resolution) "That Nicholas Barnett of Libertas Associates Limited, 3 Chandlers House, Hampton Mews, 191-195 Sparrows Herne, Bushey, Hertfordshire, WD23 1FL, be appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding-up". CREDITORS DECISION PROCEDURE At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 11 October 2019 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Nicholas Barnett as liquidator.
