Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 5 November 2021 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Patrick Meany (IP No. 9453) and Tauseef A Rashid (IP No. 9718) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, The Old Town Hall, 71 Christchurch Road, Ringwood, BH24 1DH be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
