At a general meeting of the Member of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Harvest Barn, Main Street, Milton, Derby DE65 6EF on 18 January 2023 at 11.00am the following resolutions were passed by the Member: number 1 as a Special Resolution and number 2 as an Ordinary Resolution:

Resolutions

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and

2. "That Roderick Graham Butcher of Butcher Woods be appointed Liquidator of the Company."
