At a general meeting of the company’s shareholders held on 10 March 2020 at Grant Thornton (NI) LLP, 12 – 15 Donegall Square West, Belfast, BT1 6JH the following resolutions were passed:

I. “A special resolution that the company be wound up voluntarily.”

II. “An ordinary resolution that Gareth Latimer and Stephen Tennant of Grant Thornton (NI) LLP, 12 – 15 Donegall Square West, Belfast, BT1 6JH be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the company.”
