Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 29 November 2021 as a special resolution and ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be and is hereby wound up voluntarily and that Lisa Ion (IP No. 21912) and Mark Colman (IP No. 9721) both of Leonard Curtis, 6th Floor, Walker House, Exchange Flags, Liverpool, L2 3YL be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up of the Company."
