At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above named company duly convened and held at 10 Newton Terrace, Glasgow, G3 7PJ on 10 March 2017 at 4PM the following resolutions were duly passed.

Number 1 as a special resolution and number 2 as an ordinary resolution:

1. "That pursuant to Section 84(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 the Company be wound up voluntarily.”

2. "That pursuant to sections 84(1) and 91 of the Insolvency Act 1986Colin Murdoch, Chartered Accountant, Murray Stewart Fraser Limited, The Pentagon Centre, 36 Washington Street, Glasgow, G3 8AZ, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of winding up the Company’s affairs and distributing its assets.”
