“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Kenneth Wilson Pattullo (IP No 008368) and Kenneth Robert Craig (IP No 008584), both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow, G1 2PP, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act jointly and severally”.
