At a general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at 11 Dougrie Drive, Glasgow G45 9AA on 02 December 2021 the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and as an Ordinary resolution:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Claire Middlebrook, of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, One Lochrin Square, 92 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh EH3 9QA, (IP No. 9650) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the company.” At the subsequent creditors’ decision procedure on 2 December 2021 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Claire Middlebrook of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, Lochrin Square, 92 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, EH3 9QA, as Liquidator of the company.
