“Town & Country Woodwork Limited cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue it’s business and that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Claire Louise Middlebrook, of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, 11A Dublin Street, Edinburgh, EH1 3PG, (IP No. 9650) be appointed Liquidator of the company and that she is authorised to act.”
