At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held on 5 February 2021 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”

“That Timothy James Heaselgrave (office holder no 9193) of The Timothy James Partnership, Darwin House, 7 Kidderminster Road, Bromsgrove, B61 7JJ be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”

At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on 5 February 2021 the appointment of Timothy James Heaselgrave as Liquidator was confirmed.
