"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Howard Finn (IP No. 5367) and James David Robinson (IP No. 16092) both of Finn Associates, Tong Hall, Tong, West Yorkshire BD4 0RR be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
