WE GIVE NOTICE that Matthew Chadwick (IP number: 9311) of BDO LLP, 2 City Place, Beehive Ring Road, Gatwick RH6 0PA and Malcolm Cohen (IP number: 6825) of BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London W1U 7EU were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company on 27 March 2018.

All debts and claims should be sent to the Joint Liquidators at BDO LLP, 5 Temple Square, Temple Street, Liverpool L2 5RH.

Creditors with a claim for a small debt (ÂŁ1,000 or less) should submit their claim in writing in order to vote, but not for dividend purposes. Such creditors are treated as proved and no proof of debt is required unless the amount is incorrect.
