Notice is hereby given that on 7 January 2021, Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Perth Sheriff Court by Touring Caravan Services Limited craving the court inter alia that Touring Caravan Services Limited, having its Registered Office at 1 Woodgate Way, North Eastfield Industrial Estate, Glenrothes, KY7 4PE be wound up by the court and that Richard Gardiner of Thomson Cooper, Accountants, 3 Castle Court, Dunfermline, Fife, KY11 8PB be appointed as Provisional Liquidator and after service, intimation and advertisement, Interim Liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff, by interlocutor dated 12 January 2021 appointed the said Richard Gardiner of Thomson Cooper, Accountants, as Provisional Liquidator and ordained any persons, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Perth Sheriff Court within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
