Notice is hereby given that the Liquidator proposes to make a first and final distribution to the preferential and unsecured creditors of the Company.

The last date for proving debts against the Company is 24 February 2022, by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned, of Bishop Fleming LLP, 2nd Floor Stratus House, Emperor Way, Exeter Business Park, Exeter, EX1 3QS, the Liquidator of the Company. The Liquidator intends declaring a final dividend within two months of the last date for proving claims.

In accordance with the provisions of Part 14 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, a creditor whose debt is a ‘small debt’ not exceeding £1,000 is deemed to have proved for the purposes of determination and payment of this dividend and is not required to prove their debt as described by this notice unless advised otherwise by the Joint Liquidators.
