Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that at the request of one or more creditors of Total Logistics Corporate Limited a meeting of creditors is to take place for the purpose of considering decisions concerning the following matters: To confirm the appointment of the Liquidator appointed by the shareholders, or appoint an alternative Liquidator and To receive nominations for a committee.

The Creditors' meeting will be held on 28 June 2022 at 1.30 pm. The virtual meeting will be held using conference call facilities. To participate in the call, creditors will need to contact FRP Advisory, 4th Floor, Abbey House, 32 Booth Street, Manchester, M2 4AB.
