I, Charles Turner, of CVR Global LLP, New Fetter Place West, 55 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1AA, give notice that on 04 September 2018, I was appointed Joint Liquidator of the above named company by Resolution of the First Meeting of Creditors held in terms of Section 138 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Liquidation Committee was not established. Accordingly, I hereby give notice that I do not intend to summon another meeting to establish a Liquidation Committee unless requested to do so by one tenth in value of the Company’s creditors. All creditors who have not already done so are required to lodge their claims with me by 6 October 2018.
