We, Charles Turner, of CVR Global LLP, New Fetter Place West, 55 Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1AA and Stephen Ramsbottom, both of CVR Global LLP, Broad Quay House, Prince Street, Bristol, BS1 4DJ, (IP Nos. 9195 and 8990) give notice that we were appointed Joint Interim Liquidators of the above named Company by an order of the Court dated 24 July 2018. I do not propose to summon a meeting of creditors for the purposes of establishing a Liquidation Committee. Under Section 142(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986, I am required to do so if I am requested, in accordance with the rules, to do so by one-tenth, in value, of the Company’s creditors.
