At a General Meeting of the members of the above named company duly convened and held from Walnut Barn, Walnut Tree Lane, Bradwall, CW11 1RH, hosted virtually, via the Zoom platform on 16 June 2020 at 3:45 pm the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jackie Kirsopp (IP No. 10270) and Jeanette Brown (IP No. 8857) both of Dodd & Co Limited, Clint Mill, Cornmarket, Penrith, Cumbria, CA11 7HW be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the winding up and that they may act jointly and severally."
