At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 56-66 Frederick Street, Edinburgh, EH2 1LS on 17 November 2021 at 10am, the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and “that Eileen Blackburn (IP No 8605) and David McGinness (IP No 26590) of French Duncan LLP, 56 Palmerston Place, Edinburgh, EH12 5AY be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.”
