Notice is hereby given that on 7 June 2021 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by the directors of Torishima Europe Projects Ltd craving the Court inter alia to order that Torishima Europe Projects Ltd, having their Registered Office at 30 Colliery Road, Clyde Gateway Business Park, London Road, Glasgow, Scotland, G32 8SL be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 22nd June 2021 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
