Notice is hereby given that on 23 November 2018 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Lothian & Borders at Edinburgh by Alasdair Coates and Bruce Weir, all c/o 37 One, 37 George Street, Edinburgh, EH2 2HN (“the Petitioners”) craving the Court inter alia that TOR Property Developments Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC290096) and having its Registered Office address at (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed and that, in the meantime, Kenneth Pattullo and Adam Southard, Insolvency Practitioners, of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Second Floor, Excel House, Semple Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8BL, be appointed as Joint Interim Liquidators of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Interlocutor dated 27th November 2018 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; of which notice is hereby given.
