At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 35 Ballards Lane, London, N3 1XW on 16/04/2019 at 11:00 am the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andreas Arakapiotis (IP No 020910) of Kallis & Company, Mountview Court, 1148 High Road, Whetstone, London, N20 0RA be appointed Liquidator of the Company, and that he be authorised to act."
