Notice is hereby given that on 10 January 2022 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Hamilton by Topspec Civil Engineering Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act (SC586702) and having its Registered Office at New Douglas Park, Cadzow Avenue, Hamilton, ML3 0FT (“the Company”), craving the court inter alia, that the Company be wound up by the Court and joint interim liquidators be appointed; in which petition the Sheriff at Hamilton, by interlocutor dated 13 January 2022, ordained the Company and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton within eight says after intimation, advertising or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
