“That the Company be placed into Members Voluntary Liquidation and that Michael Durkan (IP No. 9583) of Durkan Cahill, Suite G2 Montpellier House, Montpellier Drive, Cheltenham, GL50 1TY be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of the winding-up of the Company.”
