Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 18 February 2020, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nicholas Simmonds (IP No. 9570) and Richard Wragg (IP No. 23130) both of Quantuma LLP, Office D, Beresford House, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 2AQ be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
