“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Matthew Thomas Colbourne Frayne be and is appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.” The appointment of Matthew Thomas Colbourne Frayne was not confirmed and Lisa Jane Hogg and Robert Neil Dymond, both of Wilson Field Limited, The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield, S11 9PS, (IP Nos. 9037 and 10430) were appointed as Joint Liquidators.
