Notice is hereby given that on 13 May 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Falkirk Sheriff Court by Scottish Water Business Stream Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts, (company number SC294924), having its registered office at 7 Lochside View, Edinburgh, EH12 9DH craving the Court inter alia that Toondale Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (company number SC127828), and having its registered office at Beechtree Park Homes, Falkirk Road, Denny, Stirlingshire, Scotland, FK6 6BU be wound up by the court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff at Falkirk Sheriff Court by Interlocutor dated 13 May 2019 appointed all persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Falkirk Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, under certification, and meantime, appoints Mr Blair Carnegie Nimmo and Alistair McAlinden Chartered Accountants and Insolvency Practitioners of KPMG LLP, 319 St Vincent Street, St Vincent Plaza, Glasgow, G2 5AS, to be Interim Liquidators of the Company with the powers specified in Parts 4 and 5 of part 2 of schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
