At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held on 18 August 2017 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily."

"That Peter Hart and Stephen Goderski of Geoffrey Martin & Co, 1 Westferry Circus, Canary Wharf, London E14 4HD be and hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up."

The creditors confirmed the nomination of the Joint Liquidators appointed by the members and accordingly, Peter Hart and Stephen Goderski remain as Joint Liquidators of the Company.
