"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Matthew Chadwick (IP No. 9311) of BDO LLP, 2nd Floor, 2 City Place, Beehive Ring Road, Gatwick, RH6 0PA and Stacey Brown (IP No. 17950) of BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London, W1U 7EU be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up of the Company. The Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally."
