NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (as amended), that we, Tracy Mary Clowry (IP No 9562) and Gareth Hunt (IP No 19132), the Joint Liquidators of the above named Company, intend declaring a First and Final Dividend for Creditors (All Claims) within two months of the last date of proving which is 17 January 2020. Creditors who have not already proved their debts are required, on or before 17 January 2020, to submit their proof of debt to us at Beesley Corporate Recovery, Astute House, Wilmslow Road, Handforth, Cheshire SK9 3HP and, if so requested by us, to provide such further details or produce such documenta1y or other evidence as may appear to be necessary.

A creditor who has not proved his debt before the date specified above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the dividend so declared i.e. the distribution may be made without regards to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved.
