“That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and “that Jeremy Charles Frost and Michelle Gillian Breslin of Frost Group Limited, One Elmfield Park, Bromley BR1 1LU be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.”

NOTICE IS GIVEN by Jeremy Charles Frost and Michelle Gillian Breslin that the creditors to send their full names and addresses together with full particulars of their debts or claims to Frost Group Limited, One Elmfield Park, Bromley BR1 1LU, and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
