A Petition to wind up the above-named company of TNS Properties Investment Limited (09033116) of 132-134 Great Ancoats Street, Manchester M4 6DE, whose nature of business is buying and selling of own real estate, presented on Tuesday 12 November 2019, at 14:00 by TNS DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED, of 132-134 Great Ancoats Street, Manchester M4 6DE claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Manchester District Registry, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Monday 03 February 2020, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
