"That the Company be wound voluntarily" and "that Richard Frank Simms (IP No 9252) of F A Simms & Partners Limited,Alma Park, Woodway Lane, Claybrook Parva, Lutterworth LE17 5FB be appointed Liquidator of the Company, and that he act either jointly or separately."
