Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held at City Mills, Peel Street, Morley, Leeds, LS27 8QL on 6 April 2017 at 11:30 for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act. The purpose of the meeting is for the appointment of Liquidator of the Company, and if the creditors so wish, the appointment of a Liquidation Committee. Resolutions to be taken at this meeting may also include a resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated and the meeting may receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the company’s statement of affairs and convening the meeting of creditors. Martin Halligan of MPH Recovery, City Mills, Peel Street, Morley, Leeds, LS27 8QL, is qualified to act as an insolvency practitioner in relation to the above and will furnish creditors, free of charge, with such information concerning the company’s affairs as is reasonably required.
