A Petition to wind up the above-named company of T.M.R Investments Limited (01836910) of 10 Cheyne Walk, Northampton NN1 5PT, whose nature of business is Activities of other holding companies not elsewhere classified , presented on Thursday 12 December 2019, at 10:00 by ASSET ADVANTAGE LIMITED, of Matrix House, Basing View, Basingstoke RG21 4DZ claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court Manchester, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Monday 17 August 2020, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
