“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michelle Anne Weir (IP No. 9107) and Simon Hicks (IP No. 13450) both of Lameys, Envoy House, Longbridge Road, Plymouth, PL6 8LU be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.”
