On 30 October 2021 Resolved that, the Company cease trade and put the Company in members voluntary dissolution.

On 30 November 2021 Resolved that Scott Card (“Authorized Person”) on behalf of the Company is hereby i) authorized and directed to handle the dissolution, winding down and liquidation of the Company in accordance with the Limited Liability Company Act of the state of Delaware and section 8 of the Company Operating Agreement ii) Authorized Person is authorized and directed to take such action and execute such other documents on behalf of the Company as necessary to complete the Liquidation.
