Notice is hereby given that Adrian Allen of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Suite A, 7th Floor, City Gate East, Tollhouse Hill, Nottingham, NG1 5FS and Diana Frangou of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, St Philips Point, Temple Row, Birmingham, B2 5AF were appointed Joint Liquidators of the above named company on 25 November 2020.

The Joint Liquidators are not proposing to establish a liquidation committee under Section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
