"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Watling (IP No. 15910) and Simon Campbell (IP No. 10150) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, The Old Town Hall, 71 Christchurch Road, Ringwood, BH24 1DH be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
