“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and John Bell and Toyah Poole, both of Clarke Bell Limited, 3rd Floor, The Pinnacle, 73 King Street, Manchester M2 4NG, (IP Nos. 8608 and 9740) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
