NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Joint Liquidators of the above-named company intend to make distributions to creditors. Creditors must also, if requested by the Joint Liquidators, provide such further information or documentary evidence to support their claims as the Joint Liquidators consider necessary.

The intended distributions are final distributions and may be made without regard to any claims not proved by 1 October 2021. Creditors who have not proved their debts by that date, or who increase the claim in their proof after that date, will not be entitled to disturb the intended final distributions.
