"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nicola Elaine Layland (IP No. 017652) of Portland Business & Financial Solutions, Eagle Point, Little Park Farm Road, Segensworth, Fareham, Hampshire, PO15 5TD and Robert A H Maxwell (IP No. 9185) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Toronto Square, Toronto Street, Leeds, LS1 2HJ be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company. Any act required or authorised to be done by the liquidators, is to be done by both of them (not individually) for the time being holding office."
