At a General Meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at Virtual Meeting via Microsoft Teams on 27 February 2020 the following resolutions were passed:

Special resolution

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”

Ordinary resolution

“That Claire Louise Foster (office holder no 9423) of Revive Business Recovery Limited, 7 Jetstream Drive Auckley Doncaster South Yorkshire DN9 3QS be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”
