At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 109 Swan Street, Sileby, Leicestershire LE12 7NN on 2 July 2019 the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Craig Andrew Ridgley (IP No. 23232) and Joseph Gordon Maurice Sadler (IP No. 9048) both of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 109 Swan Street, Sileby, Leicestershire, LE12 7NN be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator, may be done by all or any one of them."
