"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Farheen Qureshi (IP No. 11392) of Parker Getty Limited, Devonshire House, 582 Honeypot Lane, Stanmore, Middx, HA7 1JS be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
