Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 21 August 2019 as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its businsess, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Raymond Stuart Claughton (IP No. 1726) of Rushtons Insolvency Limited, 3 Merchant's Quay, Ashley Lane, Shipley, BD17 7DB be appointed as liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
