Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 06 May 2016 as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Garry Lock and Sean Bucknall, both of Quantuma LLP, 3rd Floor, 37 Frederick Place, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 4EA, (IP Nos. 12670 and 18030) be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.” At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on 6 May 2016, the appointment of Garry Lock and Sean Bucknall of Quantuma LLP, 3rd Floor, 37 Frederick Place, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 4EA as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
