“That it has been resolved that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Jonathan Paul Philmore (IP No. 9098) of Philmore & Co, Unit 8D, Barnsley Business & Innovation Centre, Innovation Way, Wilthorpe, Barnsley, S75 1JL be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the company for the purposes of such winding up.”
